This sacred hatred of the West, Why?

1- This hatred of the West is due to two key factors: the occupiers (local despots dictators), and the Wahhabi ideology perpetrated by the Muslim Brotherhood throughout the so-called Islamic world. The two factors are gathering in Saudi Arabia, where Wahhabism originates and with a remarkable tyranny it is being imposed to a degree of (slavery) on their own people. This country is named and governed by the ruling family(Saudi Arabia). The Saudi royal family owns the people of Saudi Arabia and categorizes them according to the degrees of their direct relationships with the Saudi royal family. Most are excluded from the Saudi royal family because of their doctrine (the Shiites), or because of race, such as the population of the south.

2- The national parties and the army worked under the umbrella of nationalism and led to the liberation from foreign occupation. After independence and the removal of foreign occupation, the oppressor continued to sit on the chair of authority, not satisfied to give it up. They continued to insist on enmity, and to suckle the education and culture of the media, fostering the idea of the conspiracy of the West.

With the entrenchment of corruption, failure and disability in the ruling regimes, on, failure and disability in the ruling regimes, there is a need to intensify the hatred of the West. The failure of the dictatorship, which successfully undermined its political slogans, failed to provide the minimum for a decent life, such as the dreams of young people in obtaining employment, housing and family formation. Fear of anger and frustration of the coming revolution turned to anger directed toward the West, America, and Israel. It became essential to interpret any disaster as conspiracies of the United States, the West and Israel to the extent that some of us believed that those three worked day and night to conspire against Arabs and Muslims.

3- In spite of the political conflict between the military regimes and the Muslim Brotherhood and their various public and secret organizations, they agree in the spread of a culture of hatred of the West. In this the modern era of human rights and the global village, the Muslim Brotherhood and Wahhabi religious and their political motives bring to mind the Middle Ages fanatic culture of jihad war and the Crusades. Their (Shari’a) produces the division of the world into two camps: camp of peace and camp of war, calling for Jihad against the West and the Jews through mosques, education and the media that spread the Wahhabi concepts, with the aim of creating a one Muslim Empire which restores the era of the old mighty Muslim Empires like Umayyad or Abbasid Caliphate, or even the Ottomans.

4- The dissemination of a culture of hostility to the West, is no longer only a matter of consensus among the military dictators and those aspiring to establish a religious Wahhabi state. It has gone beyond that, sometimes implicit and direct coordination between them, and turned into the coordination between the two to compete with each other in faith and the defense of (Islam). Each has religious official leaders, and a professional manipulation of the religion.

This coordination has meant that this is the dominant culture. Held by the military as a tyrant, the name of Islam, and the flock of religious officials, is attached to the same Wahhabi leaders and leaders of the religious-political movements. They outbid each other in mosques and institutions, advocacy, education and the satellite channels and the Internet

Therefore, it is not a surprise that a military tyrant such as Hosni Mubarak gets tough with peaceful Quranist Muslim scholars who are working for peaceful reform from within Islam, because it will destroy the roots of the fanatic Sunni tradition itself. Mubarak is fighting the Muslim Brotherhood as organizations, using the secret police and the military against them, but at the same time defends the religious culture of the Muslim Brotherhood. The Quranist Muslim scholars are usually persecuted in Egypt because they are waging the war of ideas from within Islam against the religious culture of Muslim Brotherhood and Mubarak regime. In all cases, the public discontent is being directed to the West (a conspirator against the Arabs and Muslims) and the fragments go to the discontent of the workers in the field, of reform led by the Quranists and human rights organizations and civil society, claiming (falsely) that they conspire with the West. The favorite argument for the dictators is the west funding those militants.
