God says to all human beings (O people, We have created you from a male and a female and made you into nations and tribes so that you may know one another, Verily, the most honorable of you with Allah is the most pious, Verily, Allah is All-Knowing, All-Aware) The Chambers 49:13

Which means that he created them all from the same father and same mother,  they  belong to the same father and mother, has made them into different peoples, different not to fight and quarrel, but to get to know each other, and knowing each other only through peaceful  relations, of peaceful  venues of civilization and acceptance of others and taking advantage of their humanity and heritage of civilization, and openness to their diverse culture and tolerance in disagreement with others believing that diversity is required for the prosperity of global human civilization .

 From religiosity point of view, the most honorable in the sight of God is the most pious of them, and not those with the most wealth, most glorious, highest IQ, best scientific knowledge, purest blood line, highest social statues, most beautiful, healthiest or youngest.  This piety will be only judged by God Almighty alone on the Day of Resurrection, and he who allegedly recommends himself now has disobeyed God, who said (So ascribe not purity to yourselves, He knows best among you who fears God (pious) ) The Star 53:32  

 The ideology of the Wahhabi heritage which divides the world into two camps,  orders  Jihad against the one camp as an (Abode of War) facing an (Abode of Peace), has NOTHING of Islam in it.

But what about “the other” in Islam, in the light of what the Quran says about infidels and idolaters and conflict and jihad against them?

“The other” in Islam is any and all aggressors, oppressors, and every terrorist who kills an innocent and peaceful person no matter what his religion is, is “the other”

 Here we confirm what had been said that the meaning of Islam in behavior, is peace on Earth, is in the doctrine of surrender and submission to God alone. Muslim faith is about surrendering to God, one’s face and heart and all of his faculties, that is the meaning of Islam, a heartfelt faith, which is judged by God Almighty alone on the Day of Resurrection, and it is not up to a creature to govern it, otherwise he would be claiming divinity to himself and performing the role of God, the Lord of Glory and the Owner of the Day of Judgment.  The Muslim in behavior is every peaceful man who does not transgress against others and does not aggressively and wrongfully shed the blood of people. This is the area which we can judge by; every peaceful man with a trustworthy side is a Muslim, regardless of creed, direction, doctrine, ideas or his official religion.

Legislation of Jihad in Islam, is to repel aggression only, and preparation to fight is to intimidate the aggressive enemy, intimidate and deter him in advance so that he may not commit aggression, which is to save the blood of the enemy state and the peaceful state as well, the opponent who wants to attack will not be tempted by weakness of the peaceful state. Hence, the term “terrorize” in the Quran contained in the verse (And make ready against them all you can of power of horses steeds to terrorize the enemy of God and your enemy) Al-Anfal 8:60 is different from the concept of terrorism in our time, which means aggression against and murder of civilians and peaceful people. I have many  research papers on this subject proving that Islam is the religion of peace, and that the Arabs are the ones who violated its peaceful teachings in ancient and modern times. This way they do apply to themselves the terms of atheism and association as per Quranic Islamic terminology and concept.

Association and atheism have one meaning in the terminology of the Quran, and  both of them have two meanings according to belief and behavior, and both of them contradict the meaning of Islam in belief and behavior.

Association or atheism in belief means to take gods or allies with God. Although pragmatic religiosity of human beings, especially Muslims is reconfigured through sanctification of human beings and stone objects ,through their announcement that there is no god but God. But regardless, each team believes to be on the right path and accuses others that they are wrong.  So judgment among people in their difference is only up to God on the Day of Resurrection, He is Almighty, the Greatest Judg. People differed in their concepts of Him and His qualities, and attributed to him such and such, so He will judge in these matters, and no one has the right to interfere in this Divine role deferred to the Day of Judgment, but in the exhibition of advice and counsel per the request for guidance.

Atheism or polytheism in behavior means aggression, injustice, oppression, tyranny and criminality, and these are all the words used in the Glorious Quran to describe association, atheism, polytheists and atheists. This behavioral association can easily be judged according to the criminal acts carried out by the offender. Here we do not judge his heart or what he claims of doctrines, but judge his criminal actions, his blood-shedding and violating the of sanctity of life and his corruption of the earth. We judge his stealing, looting, raping and torturing the innocent people. And the innocent will always be victims of this infidel polytheist in behavior.

Our problem as Muslims is that we judge just the opposite.  Whoever utters the testimony of Islam, we regard him a Muslim no matter how many crimes he commits. There may be reforming peaceful leaders who do beneficial good deeds who are Christians, Jewish , Buddhists or seculars, those are all Muslims within the meaning of behavioral Islam, which means peace, but we consider them as polytheists, unbelievers and judge their beliefs forgetting that first of all, we need to fix our beliefs which are  full of sanctification of shrines and imams more than Non-Muslims are doing. According to their behavior alone, all advocates of peace inside and outside the United Nations are of the greatest Muslims although they did not utter the testimony of Islam. Gandhi, Martin Luther King, Mandela and all Human rights advocates of Westerners are the real Muslims in the field of behavior.

And according to the behavior alone, the war criminals are the most people in unbelief and injustice and aggression, not only Hitler and Mussolini and Stalin, but add to them the unguided caliphs who attacked and invaded and enslaved other people and occupied their lands, and then those followed on their path, such as Al-Saud, the Taliban and Saddam Hussein and Bin Laden and Al-Zawahiri and the rest of blood shedders who have turned Iraq and Algiers into slaughter houses.

Dividing the world into two camps is not Islam, committing aggression against others and occupying their land is not Islam, like what Quraish had done during the State of the Guided Caliphs and the states of the misguided caliphs. Quraish was intended by name, of as a symbol of unbelief and associating others with God, when the Quran was revealed; it has exercised nodular unbelief and association by worshiping of saints and idols saying that they bring them closer to God Almighty. Quraish practiced behavioral disbelief and association in the sense of abuse and persecution of weak Muslims and coerced them in their religion, forcing them to immigrate to Abyssinia twice, and then finally emigrated to Al-Medina. Quraish did not leave them be, they followed them by invasion, killing and fighting, at that time Muslims were patient as usual because they were banned from responding to aggression. Then came to them the permission to fight and the situation gradually changed in favor of Muslims militarily and religiously, and Quraish became isolated at a time when Islam was spreading and people realized the absurdity of idols and tombs’ worship, Quraish saw at the end that their interest necessitate them to convert to Islam and embraced it late after a long history of hostility towards Islam. Quraish converted to Islam just before the death of the Prophet, and after his death they regained control of the State of the Prophet, taking advantage of an opportunity in the so called Apostasy wars, they converted the victory over the Apostates to a continuation of invasion, so they raided the Romans and their colonies in the Levant, and finished the Persian state, and began what is known as “the Islamic Conquests” which contradict Islam, and because of them companions of the Prophet fought among themselves. The political controversy led to differences in religiosity, and the division of Muslims into parties, each party happy with what it has, and have forgotten the warning from the Lord of Glory, of religious division and that it is evidence of the entrapment in nodular association and behavioral association as well (And this My path, it is straight, so follow it and do not follow the ways as they will separate you from His path, this He has ordained for you that you may become the pious)(Those who divided their religion and became sects you have no concern in them, their affair is only with God Who then, will tell them what they used to do) Al-Anaam 6: 153 & 159 (and be not of the (associators), Those who split up their religion and they became sects, each party rejoicing with what they have) Al-Room 30: 31-32.

 To justify aggression and market it in the name of Islam, they made up a Hadith and attributed it to Prophet Muhammad(pbuh) which says: “I was ordered to fight the people until they say there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah” and they made this raging aggression against non Muslims, jihad.  When Muslim attacked the Romans, war began between two empires, each with a different religion, in appearance, although it is the same actual religiosity; religiosity based on oppression and injustice, aggression, coercion in religion, the use of religion in the oppression of the people and spreading corruption on earth. This was the logic of religion in the Middle Ages, with it the blood of millions has been shed from the two factions, both of them calculated that they are doing the right thing and both of them accused the other camp of unbelief and see themselves as monopolizing the truth.

Then Europe woke up and got rid of the control of the Church, the priesthood and the clergy, and began the path of secular mental reform and scientific discovery.  Egypt, under Mohammad Ali tried to pursue the same path in the beginning of the nineteenth century, and has taken steps on the road of development, but the myths, legends and medieval legislation returned in full force, carried by Wahhabism and its Saudi state which represents the worst thinking produced by Muslims in the Middle Ages. Thanks to petroleum, this anti Islam Salafi ideology was spread under the name of Islam in the biggest deception suffered by Muslims throughout their history. As part of this grand deception all manifestations of religious intolerance and the eradication of the difference in doctrine and in religion were called back as per the punishment of apostasy or jihad against the abode of war which means the West.

This research paper seeks to find the roots of terrorism in Wahhabi doctrine, since its inception in the Nejd region and its expansion in the name of Islam.
