About Women's Rights

Published in June 30, 2020

Question: … Dear Sir, … I admire very much your intellectual endeavors of religious reform; you have corrected many notions inside my mind; yet, there is a question which persists: I know that the Lord God created men and women as equal, dignified human beings and that wives and husbands should love and respect one another within kindness, love, and mercy as per the Quran; yet, clergymen who are inveterate liars insist that all wives must blindly obey their husbands as if they were slaves/servants of such husbands! It's as if all husbands were good and all wives have no dignity! Would wives obey and submit to husbands as if such husbands were deities/gods? The patriarchal, misogynist Sunnite society deifies husbands, then! How come?! I feel humiliated as a woman and a wife! Such submission to husbands never pertains to Islam, right?! You should refute this stance against wives/women through Quranism; I know you can; yet, what about beating wives by husbands?!  … Thank you for your time …

Answer:

You are more than welcome to our Quranism website; please read more within our writings and please watch our subtitled-into-English YouTube videos. No pious people would disobey the Lord God the Creator to please human beings; this lesson is derived from this Quranic verse addressed to Muhammad about new female citizens in the Yathreb city-state who swore allegiance to him as a leader: "...nor disobey you in anything righteous..." (60:12). This means that wives' obedience within conjugal life is always linked to righteousness/goodness and not to anything sinful. Good deeds are things agreed upon as justice/right in a given society and they would never violate the Quranic teachings/legislations. Marriage is based on mercy and love: "And of His signs is that He created for you spouses from among yourselves, so that you may find tranquility in them; and He planted love and compassion between you. In this are signs for people who reflect. " (30:21); this is addressed to all humanity; the term employed in the Quranic text in Arabic is [spouses]; this means that husbands and wives are equal to one another. This is explained in detail in our book, in English, titled "Women's Right to Aspire to the Presidency of Any Islamic State" found on this link:

http://www.ahl-alquran.com/arabic/book_main.php?main_id=79

Of course, husbands must treat their wives kindly even if they hate such wives: "...And live with them in kindness. If you dislike them, it may be that you dislike something in which God has placed much good. " (4:19); husbands are responsible for their wives and if divorce occurs, the husbands are urged to re-marry their pregnant ex-wives as per 2:228. The Lord God does not desire injustice for anyone: "...God desires no injustice for the humankind. " (3:108); "...God wants no injustice for the servants." (40:31). As for beating wives and caring for wives by husbands, we refer you to our article in English titled (Contradictions in Divorce Legislations between The Quran and The Sunnite Jurisprudence), found on the following link:

The Verb (Inherit) Regarding Paradise and Not Hell

Published in June 30, 2020

Question: … Dear Sir, … The Holy Quran tells us, in several verses, that the pious ones will (inherit) Paradise; yet, the verb (inherit) is not employed regarding the sinners and disbelievers who will enter into Hell for eternity; why is that? Any ideas?  … Thank you …

Answer:

This is because the pious ones (in two ranks as per the Quranic Chapter 56: the Forerunners and those on the Right) inherit Paradise as per their deeds and monotheism; as for Hell dwellers, they are forced to enter into it and they are tormented inside it against their will; this is their fate as they have been criminals, disbelievers, and unjust ones. We also refer you to our article, in English, titled (Quranic Terminology: Inherit), found on the following link:

The Myth of Preferring Muhammad above All Messengers

Published in July 1, 2020

Question: … Dear Sir, … I've converted to Quranism and I wholeheartedly agree with you that Muhammad is not the 'best' among Allah's messengers since the Quran does not mention this; yet, when I began preaching Quranism to others around me, they hated my telling them that true monotheists should consider all messengers of Allah as equal to one another since preferring some (or one) to the others is only up to Allah ........... How can I convince them?! Any ideas?  … Thank you …

Answer:

Please, our son, save your breath and do not waste your precious time with haters of the Quranic Truth. It is no use trying to 'guide' them. They are too arrogant to acknowledge the fact that the Holy Quran is the Only Source of Islam. In fact, the Muhammadans typically quote this Quranic phrase to 'justify' their myth of considering Muhammad the 'best' human being and messenger ever existed: "These messengers: We gave some advantage over others..." (2:253); the Muhammadans deliberately overlook and forget the fact that it is up to the Omniscient Lord God to decide this; human beings never know the number of messengers/prophets and how they lived and which ranks they were given upon their death. Of course, the Muhammadans also overlook the Quranic verse before 2:253 which as follows: "These are God’s Verses, which We inspire to you in Truth. You are one of the messengers." (2:252). This means that the Lord God in the Holy Quran never tells Muhammad that he is the 'best' among the messengers especially that he was alive when the Quran was being revealed to him and his rank was not yet decided (as this happens upon death; i.e., each human soul, upon dying, is told about its irrevocable fate: either among Hell dwellers or among one of the two ranks of Paradise: the Forerunners and those on the Right). By the way, the meaning of the underlined part in 2:252 is repeated here: "By the Wise Quran. You are one of the messengers." (36:2-3). Again, since you quote the Quranic verses to any Muhammadans around you and they are never convinced, this means that they reject and disbelieve in the Quran; do not waste more time with them. May the Lord God bless and reward you.

About Saddam Hussein, Again!

Published in July 1, 2020

Question: … How dare you curse the martyr Saddam Hussein?!  I dislike very much your fatwa located here (http://www.ahl-alquran.com/English/show_article.php?main_id=20691) about this great national hero of my country! How come that you say his fate is Hell?! You cannot predict the future! You are not an omniscient man or a mind-reader, are you?! You should be ashamed of yourself! ......... Iraq means nothing to you! ..... Don't you have a sense of shame left?! …

Answer:

Regardless of your lack of politeness in the above email message, we assert the following facts. We are never predicting anything and we never claim being omniscient; we infer our views/fatwas (ascribed to ourselves) from the Quranic sharia legislations as we ponder the Holy Quran to learn from it and to teach and preach our readers. We are a witness regarding the heinous crimes committed by Saddam Hussein and other big criminals like him among enthroned tyrants. The Lord God tells us in the Holy Quran about their fate; they have massacred hundreds of thousands of innocent, helpless people; they deserve Hell since killing one, peaceful, innocent person intentionally makes the perpetrator/killer deserve Hell: "Whoever kills a believer deliberately, the penalty for him is Hell, where he will remain forever. And God will be angry with him, and will curse him, and will prepare for him a terrible torment." (4:93). The Lord God prohibits murder in the Quranic Ten commandments: "...and that you do not kill the soul which God has sanctified - except in the course of justice..." (6:151); the exception is in the case of retribution against murderers/killers. The Quranic verse 4:93 applies to the murderous Saddam Hussein, Kaddafi, Hitler, Stalin, and other enthroned secular or theocratic tyrants in our era and also in the past eras: the secular ones like Caesar, Hulago, and Genghis Khan and also the worst, biggest criminals who have ascribed their heinous crimes (i.e., massacres and conquests) to the Lord God like the sinful caliphs Abou Bakr, Omar, Othman, and those sinful caliphs who came after them. Their fate is in Hell regardless of those who deify them.Upon them falls the curse of the Lord God, of the angels, and of all humankind.

Nationalism and the Quran

Published in July 2, 2020

Question: … Dear Sir, … I remember that in one of your previous articles, you mention that the Quran contains hints of the concept of nationalism; how? … Thank you …

Answer:

We mean that the term (people) in the sense of nation/community is mentioned 38 times in the Quranic text. Its special meaning in the Quran is people living in one region/location despite differences in religions and races. This is nearer to the concept of nationalism which grew in importance in the Arab world in the first half of the 20th century A.D. Yet, the Quranic term (people) refers to citizenship (i.e., citizens living in one place regardless of different races and religions) rather than nationalism. This is proven in Quranic stories of prophets/messengers who moved to other places to live: Abraham, Lot, Jacob, Joseph, and Moses. By the way, since Jacob/Israel and his twelve sons (including Joseph) moved to Egypt and settled in it, the Quran refers to the Israelites in 28:4 as part of the people of Egypt. Even the people of Muhammad (or Arabs of Arabia) are mentioned in the Quran as his people in several Quranic verses; this proves that the Quranic term (people) is nearer to citizenship (different people living in the same era and region) more than to nationalism. Of course, Muhammad will disown and testify against the disbelievers among his people of Arabia on the Last Day for their abandoning the Quran (this means they will remain his people): "And the messenger will say, “My Lord, my people have abandoned this Quran.”" (25:30).

Distorting the Meaning of Quranic Verses!

Published in July 3, 2020

Question: … Dear Sir, … I do believe that you are mistaken when you assume that the companions of Prophet Muhammad were mostly disbelieving hypocrites; the Quranic term (companion) refers to people having the same religion or faith................... … Thank you …

Answer:

This email message is an example of how the polytheistic Muhammadans intentionally distort, twist, and warp the meaning of Quranic verses and Quranic terminology to accommodate any Sunnite/Shiite/Sufi devilish falsehoods and erroneous notions. We apply the Quranic command of avoiding polytheists since they hate the Holy Quran and feel enmity and animosity towards it; they dare make the Holy Quran the alleged source of their notions of disbelief/polytheism especially deifying the historical figures who were contemporaries of Muhammad in the 7th century Arabia. It is useless to try to 'guide' the Muhammadans by quoting the Quranic verses to them; we will not commit the grave sin of arguing with them regarding the Quranic verses so as to avoid being polytheists/sinners like them. The Lord God says the following in the Holy Quran: "The worst of animals to God are the deaf and dumb -  those who do not reason. Had God recognized any good in them, He would have made them hear; and had He made them hear, they would have turned away defiantly." (8:22-23); "He has revealed to you in the Book that when you hear God’s Verses being rejected, or ridiculed, do not sit with them until they engage in some other subject. Otherwise, you would be like them. God will gather the hypocrites and the disbelievers, into Hell, altogether." (4:140).

About the Quranic Term (Taa'if)

Published in July 3, 2020

Question: … Dear Sir, … What have you got to say about the Quranic Term (Taa'if)? … Thank you …

Answer:

This Quranic term refers to devilish whispers here: "And when a suggestion from Satan assails you, take refuge in God. He is Hearing and Knowing. Those who are righteous - when an impulse/Taa'if from Satan strikes them, they remind themselves, and immediately see clearly." (7:200-201). It refers to destructive wind (as a torment imposed on sinners by the Lord God) here: "But a calamity/Taa'if from your Lord went around it while they slept." (68:19). The Quranic term (Taa'ifa) means a group/party of people here: "If God brings you back to a party/Taa'ifa of them, and they ask your permission to go out, say, “You will not go out with me, ever, nor will you ever fight an enemy with me. You were content to sit back the first time, so sit back with those who stay behind.”" (9:83).

About the Quranic Verse 17:40

Published in July 3, 2020

Question:  … Dear Sir, … What is meant by the Quranic verse 17:40 and what about the verb (favor) in it? Any ideas? … Thank you …

Answer:

The verb (favor) in 17:40 indicates that some Arabs at the time (who preferred to beget male and not female babies) embraced the false notion that the angels were the 'daughters' of Allah as if He preferred/favored females and human beings should prefer/favor males. In fact, some Arabian men felt that begetting a female is a source of disgrace/shame; the Lord God refutes them here: "Has your Lord favored you with sons, while choosing for Himself daughters from among the angels? You are indeed saying a terrible thing." (17:40); "And they attribute to God daughters - Exalted is He - and for themselves what they desire. And when one of them is given news of a female infant, his face darkens, and he chokes with grief. He hides from the people because of the bad news given to him. Shall he keep it in humiliation, or bury it in the dust? Evil is the decision they make." (16:57-59); "Yet they turn one of His servants into a part of Him. Man is clearly a disbeliever. Or has He chosen for Himself daughters from what He creates, and favored you with sons?Yet when one of them is given news of what he attributes to the Dominant Lord, his face darkens, and he suppresses grief...And they appoint the angels, who are servants to the Dominant Lord, as females. Have they witnessed their creation? Their claim will be recorded, and they will be questioned." (43:15-19).

Women of Egypt under the Military Regime

Published in July 4, 2020

Question: … Dear Sir, … I read news recently about arresting some women for wearing 'revealing' clothes in the streets of Cairo! What a shame! This is against basic freedoms. In contrast, no one seems to object to seeing women in bikinis in the beaches reserved for the upper classes!.....No one seems to be eager to block pornographic websites which contain nudity! What is your own view of this? What is your view of the plight of women in today's Egypt? … Thank you …

Answer:

The piece of news you refer to indicates a red herring; i.e., the military regime in Egypt diverts people's attention from its crimes, corruption, injustices, and failures on all levels by such pieces of news as if the government cares too much about piety, propriety, and decency! Of course, the military generals who rule Egypt despise all women; when Al-Sisi was the minister of defense, he was responsible for insulting free female demonstrators when arrested by the police by the so-called virginity tests to force such young women to prove that they are not sex workers! Of course, many women and men were framed by the military regime because they are activists demanding human rights. Some mothers and sisters of imprisoned innocent activists were insulted, harassed, and molested; some (fe)male activists were liquidated. Al-Sisi failed to protect Egyptian women and his regime uses brutal force against them; this humiliation was never suffered by Egyptian women when they demonstrated against the British occupation in the first half of the 20th century. May the Lord God torment/punish Al-Sisi in the manner experienced by Saddam Hussein and Kaddafi!

Concentration within Prayers, Again!

Published in July 4, 2020

Question: … Dear Sir, … May the Lord God reward you for showing to us, readers, the True Islam we have been looking for; I consider you like a Godfather to me.........I pray now regularly and I perform every one of the five prayers twice so as to perform missed ones; yet, this makes me lose concentration though I tend to be slow; how can this problem be solved? Am I lacking piety?! Any advice?!    … Thank you …

Answer:

May the Lord God bless and protect you, our dear son. May the Lord God accept your good deeds and your prayers. Of course, concentration within prayers entails to focus on piety and fearing the Almighty Lord God; this requires some time and exerting some efforts. Yet, once one attains the required level of piety, one feels serene and secure by feeling the Lord God's presence; this occurs only when, within your heart, you submit only to the Lord God the Creator and never to any mortals/creatures.

About Three Quranic Terms

Published in July 5, 2020

Question: …  Dear Sir, … I'd like you to tell me about the meaning of the three Quranic terms linked to the sky/heaven: (Borooj), (Hubuk), and (Raj') …  Thank you in advance …

Answer:

As for the Quranic term (Borooj), it refers literally to the act of appearing, showing, and emerging; it also refers to ornaments; the sky is ornamented with stars and other celestial bodies: "By the sky with its Borooj/ornaments." (85:1); "We placed Borooj/ornaments in the sky, and made them beautiful to the beholders." (15:16); "Blessed is He who placed Borooj/ornaments in the sky, and placed in it a lamp, and an illuminating moon." (25:61). As for the Quranic term (Hubuk), it refers to the perfection of the creation/design of the sky/heaven [and the (meta)physical universe in general] initiated by the Omnipotent Lord God: "By the sky with its Hubuk/design." (51:7). And finally, as for the Quranic term (Raj'), it refers to the Resurrection (or return) which is based on the Omnipotence/Dominance of the Lord God the Creator of the universe: "He is certainly able to return him. On the Day when the secrets are disclosed. He will have no strength, and no supporter. By the sky with its Raj'/return." (86:8-11).

About the Quranic Context 84:16-19

Published in July 5, 2020

Question: … Dear Sir, … Would you explain to me the Quranic context 84:16-19? …  Thank you …

Answer:

The Lord God says the following in the Holy Quran: " I swear by the twilight. And by the night, and what it covers. And by the moon, as it grows full. You will mount stage by stage." (84:16-19). As for 84:16-18, this context is about reflecting/contemplating on the last movement of the sun followed by the spread of night and how the moon phases succeed one another until full-moon is seen. As for 84:19, it refers to the succession of stages/generations of human beings; this meaning is repeated here: "It is He who made you successors on the earth..." (6:165 + 35:39).

About the Quranic Verse 68:4

Published in July 6, 2020

Question: … Dear Sir, … Of course, Prophet Muhammad was of a great moral character as per 68:4, and yet, the cursed Al-Bokhary has ascribed to him indecencies and immorality!............. Why haven't you quoted 68:4 within your written and videoed refutations of hadiths of the cursed Al-Bokhary?! …  Thank you …

Answer:

The Quranic verse 68:4 is about the great religion of Islam itself followed by Muhammad; following the Quran alone makes one attains a high moralistic level, of course. We advise you to read our article, in English, about 68:4 found in the following link:

http://www.ahl-alquran.com/English/show_article.php?main_id=14241

As for the false, abominable religions, they consist of blindly following the traditions of ancestors: "They said, “It is the same for us, whether you peach us, or do not preach. This is nothing but morals of the ancients. And we will not be tormented.”" (26:136-138); "We gave Abraham his integrity formerly, and We knew him well. When he said to his father and his people, “What are these statues to which you are devoted?” They said, “We found our ancestors worshiping them.”" (21:51-53); "And relate to them the story of Abraham. When he said to his father and his people, “What do you worship?” They said, “We worship idols, and we remain devoted to them.” He said, “Do they hear you when you pray? Or do they benefit you, or harm you?” They said, “But we found our ancestors doing so.”  He said, “Have you considered what you worship. You and your ancient ancestors? They are enemies to me, but not so the Lord of the worlds." (26:69-77). This is about Arabs of Arabia during the lifetime of Muhammad: "And when it is said to them, “Follow what God has revealed,” they say, “We will follow what we found our ancestors following.” Even if their ancestors understood nothing, and were not guided?" (2:170); "And when it is said to them, “Follow what God has revealed,” they say, “Rather, we follow what we found our ancestors devoted to.” Even if Satan is calling them to the Hell torment?" (31:21). This is a general Quranic rule about any community, in all eras, dominated by the affluent big criminals: "But they say, “We found our ancestors on a course, and we are guided in their footsteps.” Likewise, We sent no warner before you to any town, but the wealthy among them said, “We found our ancestors on a course, and we are following in their footsteps.”" (43:22-23); this applies to the Muhammadans of today. This is about their fate on the Last Day: "They had found their ancestors astray. And rushed along in their footsteps." (37:69-70).

The Fake Biography by Ibn Ishaq

Published in July 6, 2020

Question: … Dear Sir, … I've read the biography of Prophet Muhammad written by Ibn Ishaq, but I find many illogicalities and falsehoods in it such as............. Besides, how come such a fake biography is accepted and lauded though it is written by a nobody more than 150 years after the death of Prophet Muhammad?! ........  …  Thank you …

Answer:

Of course, we refer you to our book about the inveterate liar Ibn Ishaq in which we refute his terrible book which contains nothing but lies and myths. This author who served the Abbasids has deliberately distorted the image of Muhammad and offered a false portrayal of him; such a portrayal contradicts the true, Quranic one of Muhammad. All hadiths and fake biographies ascribed to Muhammad so many decades after his death were written during the Abbasid Era for political reasons.

About the Angels

Published in July 6, 2020

Question: … Dear Sir, …  I'd like you to write about the angels within a Quranist vision, esp. by pondering the Quranic verses about them in the Quranic Chapters 77 and 79.................... …  Thank you …

Answer:

Please wait for our book about the angels. In fact, we have written a book about this topic in the 1980s but its manuscript was confiscated (along with other two books about Gog and Magog and the Holy Names of the Lord God in the Holy Quran) when we were arrested in 1987. We hope to be able to specify some time to re-write such lost books. May the Lord God come to our help and aid.

About the Quranic Term (Al-Anat)

Published in July 7, 2020

Question: … Dear Sir, …  What is meant by the Quranic term (Al-Anat)? … Thank you …

Answer:

It means hardship(s) and burden(s); of course, Quranic legislations of Islam are based on ease/facilitation. The Lord God says the following in the Holy Quran: "...God knows the dishonest from the honest. Had God willed, He could have overburdened you. God is Mighty and Wise." (2:220); "God does not burden any soul beyond its capacity. To its credit is what it earns, and against it is what it commits..." (2:286); "...That is for those among you who fear falling into hardship. But to practice self-restraint is better for you. God is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful." (4:25); "There has come to you a messenger from among yourselves, concerned over your hardships, anxious over you. Towards the believers, he is compassionate and merciful." (9:128); "And know that among you is the Messenger of God. Had he obeyed you in many things, you would have suffered hardship. But God has given you the love of faith, and adorned it in your hearts, and made disbelief, mischief, and rebellion hateful to you. These are the rightly guided." (49:7); "O you who believe! Do not befriend outsiders who never cease to wish you harm. They love to see you suffer hardships. Hatred has already appeared from their mouths, but what their hearts conceal is worse. We have made the Verses clear for you, if you understand." (3:118).

About Sexual Harassment

Published in July 7, 2020

Question: … Dear Sir,  … What is the Quranist solution you can offer to the problem/crime of sexual harassment spread in Egypt (and elsewhere in the so-called 'Islamic' world)? What are the means to stop or prevent such a crime? Any ideas? … Thank you …

Answer:

Of course, Islam (i.e., the Quran itself) has legislations against fornication and committing acts which make one gets nearer to it (e.g., lustful looks and touches). Islam urges marriage; this should be done easily without demanding too much dowries and costly furniture...etc. Of course, all acts of worship within Islam aim at making believers attain piety; no pious, moralistic believers would commit the crime of sexual harassment or molestation since true pious believers adhere to chastity. The reason behind the spread of the crime of sexual harassment in the countries of the Muhammadans (reports tell us that Afghanistan and Egypt are on top of the list of high rates of sexual harassment) is the spread of the devilish Wahabi Sunnite religion; since this wicked religion of Satan encourages corruption and immorality, it urges males to consider females as soulless sexual objects and/or preys hunted by males; this is coupled with too much emphasis on covering women's and female children's bodies; besides, most tyrannical rulers consider scandals/incidents of sexual harassment as red herrings (i.e., pieces of news to divert citizens from crimes of torture, oppression,...etc. committed by such tyrants). Some hypocritical clergymen among the Muhammadans might condemn sexual harassment and molestation; yet, they would not dare criticize and condemn corruption, torture, and other crimes committed by the enthroned Wahabi Sunnite tyrants. In sum, the terrible crime of sexual harassment is a symptom of another terminal illness/cancer which is Sunnite Wahabism spread among those who abandoned the Holy Quran.

When Devils Preach!

Published in July 8, 2020

Question: … Dear Sir, …  I work and live in a Gulf monarchy for 20 years; some years ago, a preacher in the mosque of my native Egyptian village contacted me to help him get a contract of a job, as a preacher, inside the city where I live in the Gulf monarchy; soon enough, he grew in fame and I was happy for him; he brought his wife and daughters to the Gulf monarchy later on. Sadly, rumors spread that his daughters have illicit sexual relations with men! I severed all relations with this preacher! Yet, he keeps spreading slanders about me though I never harmed or hurt him! I hardly expected any reward from him when I helped him settle in this Gulf monarchy! Later on, the corruption and crimes of such a preacher were exposed and he was told he would either be deported or face a jailing term. Of course, he returned to Egypt; in our native village, he keeps spreading dreadful slanders about me for no reason! He accuses me falsely of causing his deportation and his being framed! In the Gulf monarchy, people talk about his crimes and the bad conduct and ill reputation of his daughters. ....... My question is as follows: shall I expose this hypocrite in my native village in Egypt or not? I desire to defend myself and refute his false accusations leveled against me...... Or am I supposed to remain silent?! Any suggestions? … Thank you  …

Answer:

We suppose you are telling us the truth in your email message; this is the supposition on which our answer here is based. Since you are the wronged party, you should keep in mind the following Quranic rules: The wronged persons have the right to choose either to pardon the wrongdoers (while seeking to gratify the Lord God) or to expose them and file a complaint; it is OK that you defend yourself and even seek revenge especially if you aim to expose such a preacher who is a human devil so that no one would be deceived by him, take him as a role-model, or get ensnared into any of his evil schemes.

The Lord God says the following in the Holy Quran: "God does not like the public uttering of wrongs, unless someone was wronged. God is Hearing and Knowing. If you let a good deed be shown, or conceal it, or pardon an offense - God is Pardoning and Capable." (4:148-149); "If you were to retaliate, retaliate to the same degree as the injury done to you. But if you resort to patience - it is better for the patient ones." (16:126); "And those who, when wronged, defend themselves. The repayment of a bad action is one equivalent to it. But whoever pardons and makes reconciliation, his reward lies with God. He does not love the unjust ones. As for those who retaliate after being wronged, there is no blame on them. Blame lies on those who wrong people, and commit aggression on earth without right. These will have a painful torment. But whoever endures patiently and forgives - that is a sign of real resolve." (42:39-43); "That is so! Whoever retaliates similarly to the affliction he was made to suffer, and then he is wronged again, God will definitely assist him. God is Pardoning and Forgiving." (22:60).

Peers

Published in July 8, 2020

Question: … Dear Sir, … What is the difference, in the Quranic text, between believing in false gods/deities along with the Only One and True Lord God & believing in deified peers equal to the Lord God? Any ideas? … Thank you …

Answer:

There is hardly any difference at all. In fact, in all eras, most human beings are polytheists who believe in fashioned, false gods as peers equal to Allah; sometimes, they consider their false deities (especially entombed gods/'saints') as mightier and higher than Allah! Of course, the polytheistic Muhammadans reject and overlook the following Quranic verses: "Is He who creates like him who does not create? Will you not take a lesson? And if you tried to enumerate the favors of God, you will not be able to count them. God is Forgiving and Merciful. And God knows what you hide and what you disclose. Those they invoke besides God create nothing, but are themselves created. They are dead, not alive; and they do not know when they will be resurrected. Your God is one God. As for those who do not believe in the Hereafter, their hearts are in denial, and they are arrogant." (16:17-22); this is about the Lord God Himself: "...There is nothing like Him. He is the Hearing, the Seeing." (42:11). The term (peers) is mentioned in the Quranic text six times in the contexts about describing the followers of the devilish terrestrial religions and their false gods and fashioned deities. Of course, such contexts apply to the Muhammadans who claim falsely that they believe in the Quran though they disbelieve in it and they also disbelieve in Allah. The polytheistic Muhammadans also sanctify and deify their gods/saints (Muhammad, Hussein, Ali,...etc.) more than the Lord God; they love them so much that they place them above Him!

Here are the six contexts: "He who made the earth a habitat for you, and the sky a structure, and sends water down from the sky, and brings out fruits thereby, as a sustenance for you. Therefore, do not assign peers to God while you know." (2:22); "Say, “Do you reject the One who created the earth in two days? And you attribute peers to Him? That is the Lord of the universe.”" (41:9); "When some adversity touches the human being, he prays to his Lord, repenting to Him. But then, when He confers on him a grace of His, he forgets what he was praying for before, and he attributes peers to God, in order to lead astray from His way. Say, “Enjoy your disbelief for a little while; you will be among the inmates of the Fire.”" (39:8); "And they set up peers to God, in order to lead away from His Path. Say, “Enjoy yourselves; your destination is the Fire.”" (14:30); "And those who were oppressed will say to those who were arrogant, “It was your scheming by night and day; as you instructed us to reject God, and to set up peers to Him.” They will hide their remorse when they see the torment. We will put yokes around the necks of those who disbelieved. Will they be repaid for anything other than what they used to do?" (34:33); "Yet among the people are those who take other than God as peers to Him. They love them as the love of God. But those who believe have greater love for God. If only the wrongdoers would realize, when they see the torment; that all power is God’s, and that God is severe in torment." (2:165).

About the Quranic Verse 34:2

Published in July 9, 2020

Question: … Dear Sir, … What is meant by this Quranic phrase: "He knows what penetrates into the earth, and what comes out of it, and what descends from the sky, and what ascends to it..." (34:2)? Any ideas? … Thank you …

Answer:

The Lord God says the following in the Holy Quran: "It is He who created the heavens and the earth in six days, then settled over the Throne. He knows what penetrates into the earth, and what comes out of it, and what descends from the sky, and what ascends to it. And He is with you wherever you may be. God is Seeing of everything you do." (57:4); "Praise be to God, to Whom belongs everything in the heavens and the earth; and praise be to Him in the Hereafter. He is the Wise, the Expert. He knows what penetrates into the earth, and what comes out of it, and what descends from the sky, and what ascends to it. He is the Merciful, the Forgiving." (34:1-2). This means that the Omniscient Lord God the Creator knows all about the (meta)physical realms and this includes the Barsakh levels. "God is He Who created seven heavens, and their like of earth. The command descends through them, so that you may know that God is Capable of everything, and that God encompasses everything in knowledge." (65:12); "God is He who created the heavens and the earth and everything between them in six days, and then established Himself on the Throne. Apart from Him, you have no master and no intercessor. Will you not reflect? He regulates all affairs, from the heavens, to the earth. Then it ascends to Him on a Day the length of which is a thousand years by your count. That is the Knower of the Invisible and the Visible, the Powerful, the Merciful." (32:4-6).
