Activists Alaa Abdel Fattah and Nawara Negm referred to criminal court

Prosecutor General Talaat Abdallah has, on Wednesday, referred activists Alaa Abdel Fattah and Nawara Negm to a criminal court. He also referred Ahmed Doma, Hazem Abdel Azim, Karim al-Shaer, Ahmed Eid and 12 other activists to the court, all on charges of inciting violence outside the Muslim Brotherhood headquarters in the Moqattam district.
Judicial sources said on Tuesday that the Public Prosecution confirmed Doma is wanted for investigation into the Moqattam events, aside from other charges he was indicted for. They also said he might be released pending the investigation.
