Chapter One: Make It a Motto: ISIS Members Are Infidels and Rascals
Commenting on what happened during the time we have publishes these articles, when ISIS members were fighting in Iraq and committing massacres to achieve the aims of the Wahabi Jihad and what the Brothers of Najd desired, before their extermination, in the era of Abdul-Aziz the founder of the current KSA
Introduction: a comment simultaneous with our publishing the series of article that took the book form titled "The Wahabi Resistance in the KSA in the 20th Century"
1- During online publishing on our website of the series of articles forming this book, first written in Cairo, on 26th June 2001, atrocities happening today in Iraq and Syria compel us to comment and write to warn again and again, though we have warned before in countless articles and books, but the Muhammadan Arabs never heed anything
2- ISIS members are following the footsteps of the Brothers of Najd formed by Abdel-Aziz Al-Saud, trying to realize what the Brothers of Najd had failed to achieve in the era of Abdel-Aziz Al-Saud the founder of the KSA. The Brothers of Najd as a group rebelled against their founder and leader, Abdel-Aziz Al-Saud, because they wanted to go on with their Sunnite Wahabi jihad: i.e., killing women and children of Iraq and the Levant. Abdel-Aziz Al-Saud saw at the time that postponement was due and that the time was not suitable for such schemes. Abdel-Aziz Al-Saud had established another terrorist group, the MB, firstly in Egypt and elsewhere later on, outside his newly-founded kingdom, to achieve that bloodshed purposes in a more suitable time later on. It seems that the suitable time has started in our miserable age in the Middle East. The terrorist MB group has branched tens of terrorist organizations, chief among them now is the ISIS organization, who has found financial and logistical aids from several local, regional, and international circles that include the KSA, Al-Qaeda, the Baathist Party, Qatar, the USA, and of course the terrorist MB group. Such circles, despite their differences and varying interests, have agreed on destroying Iraq and the Levant chiefly to spite Iran.
3- ISIS represents this diabolical alliance, whose center is the Wahabi KSA, the axis of evil and terrorism in the whole world, and the root of such terror began earlier during the establishment of the very first Saudi kingdom that lasted from 1745 to 1818, and finally, the axis of such terror now is the current third KSA founded by Abdel-Aziz Al-Saud via the swords of the Brothers of Najd, who were later on exterminated by him. This first king of the KSA gave the kingdom his family name in 1932, the year of when it was founded.
4- This is no news; we are just reminding the readers of what we have written for more than 30 years in hundreds of articles and researches. The summary of it regarding ISIS is in this title: "Make it a Motto: ISIS Members Are Infidels and Rascals". Some readers might not like this title, though it is the least we can say to describe a group of savages committing massacres for the innocent people in the name of Islam, and such savages are described in the media as ''militant Islamists'' within an ''Islamic movement'' and part of the so-called ''political Islamism''. Stop abusing and tarnishing the name of Islam, Muhammadans!
5- ISIS members are infidels and rascals; let us make it a motto uttered whenever any piece of news comes about ISIS and when any photos or videos are shared online by ISIS showing the mass murder and terrorizing of civilians. Such a motto should be written on walls and chanted in demonstrations until the end of the ISIS catastrophe. This motto is the least one could say to defend Islam and the rights of the poor victims of ISIS!
Firstly: ISIS members are infidels and rascals:
1- Disbelief (or Kufr in Arabic) in terms of behavior means that one is deemed a nonbeliever in or denier/rejecter of the Quran when one commits the crimes of armed aggression unjustly, especially to coerce others in religion. There is another type of disbelief/Kufr concerning faith or creed in Islam, a Kufr practiced within one's heart; i.e., to sanctify, deify, and worship tombs, shrines, and mausoleums of the so-called saints and mortal deities, and another Kufr is practiced within one's mind and reasoning; i.e., to sanctify and revere the ancient tomes, volumes, and books of imams and scholars (as well as worshipping and deifying such authors). When both types of Kufr, in terms of aggressive behavior and in terms of heart and mind beliefs, by favoring mortal deities to God and preferring other books to the Quran, this is the lowest levels of disbelief, the very bottom indeed, especially when such murderous unjust infidels and tyrants ascribe themselves to Islam!
2- Islam is the religion of peace, revealed in the name of God, the Merciful, and the Compassionate, who sent the seal of prophets and the last of his messenger, Muhammad, as a mercy to humankind: "We did not send you except as mercy to humankind." (21:107). Prophets and messengers of God used to describe God as the Most Merciful of the merciful. This is said by Jacob: "Shall I trust you with him, as I trusted you with his brother before? God is the Best Guardian, and He is the Most Merciful of the merciful." (12:64). This is said by Joseph: "There is no blame upon you today. God will forgive you. He is the Most Merciful of the merciful." (12:92). This is said by Moses: "My Lord, forgive me and my brother, and admit us into Your mercy; for you are the Most Merciful of the merciful." (7:151). This is said by Job:"Great harm has afflicted me, and you are the Most Merciful of the merciful." (21:83).
3- Hence, God, the Most Merciful of the merciful, has sent Muhammad as a mercy to humankind, but ISIS and other terrorist organizations under the auspices of the Wahabi axis of evil are worshipping other malevolent deity, and NOT Our God the Most Merciful of the merciful. They are worshipping an evil furious deity/god, and their spiritual ancestors, the Sunnites following the extremist Ibn Hanbal doctrine, have created for them a bloodthirsty prophet in the Al-Sirah Al-Nabaweiya books (i.e., books containing fabricated and made-up historical accounts falsely attributed to Prophet Muhammad after his death), who appears in its pages as a maniac who had endorsed bloodshed, massacres, killing of POWs, assassinations of foes and oppositional figures, and aggression of all sorts against the peaceful non-violent people. The ancient Sunnites of the Middle Ages have created notions about their false imaginary prophet, who has nothing to do with Muhammad, like the notion that he was ordered by God to fight all humanity to coerce them into converting into their bloody religion. Of course, such falsehoods and crimes have nothing to do with the Quran; in fact, they are totally against the message of the Quran. To aggravate matters, such criminals and terrorists ascribe themselves and their evil deeds to Islam and the Quran!
4- That is why we say and spread the motto: all ISIS members are infidels and rascals!
Secondly: ISIS members are infidels and rascals!
1- It is most unfortunate to Iraq and the Levant, a fertile region rich with rivers, agriculture, and ancient civilizations, to be located in the North of deserts of Arabia, especially the Najd region with its bad climate conditions and its Arab Bedouins whom are some of them are described in the Quran as the most hypocritical and disbelieving people. We have written before on the relation between Arab Bedouins and the region of the Levant and Iraq. This relation, in sum, we know from the history of the Muhammadans as follows. Attacks and raids of the Arab Bedouins continued for a long time in history to wreak havoc in the region of the Levant and Iraq. This went on usually in the form of assaults aiming for theft and robbery, and sometimes using false religious justification that endorsed killing of civilians, men, women, and children, and enslavement and rape of women, using the motto or banner of Sunnite or Shiite 'jihad'. This went on by Arab Bedouins of Najd, by Al-Khawarij groups, the Qarmatians, the Zanj rebels, and lastly Wahabis and their offspring: ISIS.
2- All such groups who used to attack the Levant and Iraq became history, or rather in the dustbin of history; a number of pages in history textbooks in which millions of innocent victims scream, and no one cared for them. Their tyrant persecutors died out as well, after they killed, stole, robbed, enslaved, raped, and committed injustices and atrocities toward millions of poor innocent victims. On their footsteps, ISIS and the rest of terrorist organizations follow suit, financed and led by the KSA Wahabism, the axis of evil. Likewise, ISIS and the rest of terrorist organizations will end like their predecessors in the dustbin of history.
3- ISIS repeats the crimes and atrocities of its predecessors, not only in its making bad and evil use of the name of Islam, but also in theft, robbery of banks, enslavement, and rape (the so-called Jihad Al-Nikah, Arabic for sexual jihad!) as well as indiscriminate mass killings as well as premeditated murders.
4- Please remember to shout the motto "ISIS members are infidels and rascals" whenever you watch one of the ISIS videos. ISIS terrorists never know about this Quranic verse, of course: "God commands justice, and goodness, and generosity towards relatives. And He forbids immorality, and injustice, and oppression. He advises you, so that you may take heed." (16:90).
Thirdly: ISIS members are infidels and rascals:
1-We have written articles before published here on our website on the emergence of the extremist doctrine of Ibn Hanbal and its impact on the destruction of Iraq. These articles are collected in a book form published here on our website titled "The Doctrine of Ibn Hanbal – the Mother of Wahabism – and the Destruction of Iraq in the Second Abbasid Era", and in this book, we explain how the the imams, scholars, and clergymen of the Ibn Hanbal doctrine turned the masses, the mob, thieves, and highwaymen into leaders and soldiers of fanaticism and extremism. Such sheikhs intentionally contributed to the regression and backwardness of the thought schools and intellectual realm of the Muhammadans, to putting an end to the Mu'tazila, the imams off the intellectual approach to religion, philosophy, and life, and to the persecution of the Sunnite scholars and sheikhs from Al-Tabari to other imams and scholars of the Ash'ari doctrine. Wahabism since the founding of the first Saudi kingdom, then the second, and the current third one, the KSA, has managed to spread and propagate (religious ignorance) and the Ibn Hanbal doctrine extremism and fanaticism as well as to their erroneous form of jihad by expansion and invasion, killing civilians among men, women, and children in the process. Other activities of Wahabism include recruiting the masses, using oil profits, by taking advantage of regional and international conflicts about the Gulf oil that lead to the formation of terrorist organizations that recruit thousands of frustrated and furious youths. Such youths find the opportunity for becoming 'leaders' and taking revenge from societies where wealth and authority cannot be shared. Such terrorist youths find in killing others who differ in religion, doctrine, or denomination a method to vent their chronic frustrations and psychological issues and mental ailments.
2- Terrorism can never be eradicated or eliminated with military, police, and security solutions only; even if all terrorists and extremists worldwide are exterminated or annihilated, this would be of no use. The only solution to dry all pockets of terror is to face thought with counter thought. Extremist thought that generates terrorism would dominate and prevail, causing the murder of millions and spreading corruption worldwide as long as it ascribes itself to Islam unquestioningly. Such terrorist thought would produce generations of terrorists to emerge in every age everywhere. The solution that we do not tire of repeating to remind all parties concerned lies in establishing a reformist thought movement reinforced by laws and legislations that assert the absolute religious freedom as well as liberty of thought, expression, and creativity for everyone, including Wahabis themselves. Without such freedom in the Middle East, Wahabism shall remain unquestioned, cannot be criticized, and apparently irrefutable under the pretext that it is the only form of Islam possible. Wahabism cannot be discussed and questioned because people in authority prevent such discussions worldwide as much as they can. Wahabism can fall easily once questioned and discussed away from the terror imposed by its guardians.
3- It is a grave error in media to call ISIS and any other Wahabi terrorist organizations by names like 'Islamic' movement, political 'Islam', or 'Islamism'. Ascribing falsely such criminals to Islam is a grave injustice toward this great religion, and this facilitates more bloodshed to come for all Wahabis and non-Wahabis, such as the Shiites, Christians, secular people, and the rest of innocent people.
4- That is why we urge all readers to chant the motto: ISIS members are infidels and rascals.
Chapter Two: Speaking of ISIS and Hamas Movement
We have received an email message containing a question about the notion of paying tributes; is it a form of aggression or not? Is paying money for the sake of avoiding evildoing of others deemed bribery or not? To give proper response to the queries posed here, we should shed light on the contradiction between the Islamic sharia in the Quran and crimes committed by ISIS and Hamas Movement. Here is our reply as follows.
Firstly: dealing with aggressors between justice and charity:
1- Celestial religion of God revealed in all the divine messages sent to humanity via prophets and messengers aim at one thing: justice. God in the Quran commands justice and charity, and He orders us to avoid immorality, evildoing, and injustice. Justice is the higher value aimed by the Quranic sharia; this upper value dominates all orders, commands, prohibitions, and rules if the legislation in the Quran. We have several articles and books on our website that explain this in detail. Accordingly, any Quranic command or legislations is interpreted within the value of justice. This fundamental rule is understood clearly from contemplating the Quranic text.
2- We have written in our book titled "What Is Never Uttered in the History of Omar" that imposing the payment of tributes is confined to the aggressors who assault the peaceful Islamic country when such aggressors are defeated by this country in its lawful right of self-defense. Aggressors are to pay tribute as a penalty for aggression to compensate for losses and damages. This is part of justice; paying tributes never means to invade and occupy lands of any assaulting enemies and to force taxes on its inhabitants.
3- The application by the so-called companions of the Prophet Muhammad – after his death when they conquered several countries – of the notion of paying tributes is wrong and contradicts the Quran. The so-called caliphs before the Umayyad Dynasty conquered countries, a form of aggression against the Quran, which never led any assaults or launched wars against Arabia. When they invade and occupies these peaceful countries, they imposed tributes and taxes on its original inhabitants. Prophet Muhammad as a leader of the really Islamic city-state in Yathreb never imposed any taxes or tributes on the aggressive Meccan people after he conquered Mecca. The Meccan people converted to Islam, and Muhammad returned with his army to Yathreb, though he was born in mecca and was driven formerly out of it by his tribe, Qorayish. It is said in history, but with little historical evidence to support such a claim, that Muhammad sent written messages to rulers of countries surrounding Arabia to call them peacefully to Islam, giving them the responsibility of guiding their peoples, with no intention of invading or conquering these countries.
4- The West in modern times imposed a sort of punishment on Germany after World War I & II and literally occupied and invaded Germany. The West imposed sanctions on Saddam Hussein and Iraq, and Iraq was later on invaded. To invade and occupy the land or country of the defeated enemy whose people were formerly aggressors is against the Quranic legislations or sharia. Yet, the West committed fewer errors in comparison to the so-called caliphs who came before the Umayyads; Islamic sharia in the Quran is more just and fairer than the modern international law that allows the invasion and occupation of the enemies' country and imposing punishment on those who were formerly aggressors.
5- Giving money for the sake of avoiding evildoing of others within a given society is an act belonging to a value higher than justice in Islamic morality in the Quran; namely, charity. It is a value higher than tolerance of our modern age. Charity here does NOT mean to deal justly with aggressors by exacting retribution; rather, to react to aggressors using forgiveness, self-restraint, charity toward aggressors, and pardoning them for the sake of obtaining God's gratification. "The repayment of a bad action is one equivalent to it. But whoever pardons and makes reconciliation, his reward lies with God. He does not love the unjust." (42:40). Hence, it is fair and just to exact retribution, but it is better to apply charity to foes for the love of God and for His sake.
6- Application of such value in dealing with aggressors or any aggressive foes threatening to attack and assault any Islamic country entails two levels. 1) Justice that entails retribution, and 2) the higher level of charity: try to win their hearts and minds and appeal to them, even by paying them money, within a state of strength, not weakness on the part of those who pay; that is, the Islamic country should be ready militarily to defend itself against aggressors in case of being attacked. "As for those who commit aggression against you, retaliate against them in the same measure as they have committed against you. And be conscious of God, and know that God is with the righteous." (2:194). "And prepare against them all the power you can muster, and all the cavalry you can mobilize, to terrify thereby God's enemies and your enemies, and others besides them whom you do not know, but God knows them. Whatever you spend in God's way will be repaid to you in full, and you will not be wronged." (8:60). Hence, military readiness as much as a country can is not for assaulting others but to deter potential enemies and to prevent them from any possible attack. That is to say, to impose peace with all possible leans; a weak Islamic country might tempt aggressive foes to attack and invade it. Military power exists here to prevent bloodshed of Muslims and also of those potential attackers. In winning a potential enemy to one's side using money, humane aid, trade, etc. is a type of charity ordered by God in the Quran, even in situations when believers deal with one another and with peaceful foreigners or outsiders. "God commands justice, goodness, charity, and generosity towards relatives. And He forbids immorality, and injustice, and oppression. He advises you, so that you may take heed." (16:90) hence, charity toward foes or enemies prevents evildoing like assaults and attacks and maintains peace.
Secondly: Those whose hearts are won by charity within the notion of charity in the Islamic sharia of the Quran:
1- By the way, such a policy is adopted by the West in general and even the West churches in their humane aids offered to the countries of the Muhammadans, unconditionally and without waiting for a certain return. In contrast, the Middle East tyrants hold media-focused self-honorary celebrations when they offer little aid, charity, or help in anything, and they keep nagging and annoying those who received their help, until they turn into enemies. Simultaneously, Middle East tyrants who lack oil riches receive several financial aids from the West, and that money enters their pockets and their cronies' pockets and never reaches the poor citizens. If such financial aids ever reach the poor directly and human rights activists, they might be imprisoned and accused of being treacherous agents and traitors!
2- The Quran commands such charitable help centuries before being applied by the West. "Charities are for the poor, and the destitute, and those who administer them, and for reconciling hearts, and for freeing slaves, and for those in debt, and in the path of God, and for the traveler in need-an obligation from God. God is All-Knowing, Most Wise." (9:60) this means that alms and zakat collected by any Islamic country from citizens should be distributed in the way mentioned in this verse. This includes wining the hearts of potential aggressors or foes and spending in matters of the call for Islam and the defensive jihad against attackers. We note that those who deserve formal (i.e. administered by the state) charity are defined by certain epithets in this verse. The poor includes all poor people regardless of their religions, and this applies to the rest of the categories deserving charity money. Foreign travellers in need include tourists as well; they ought to be treated generously if they are needy. As for reconciling hearts, this means that they are paid to stop their aggression; i.e. to restore them to peaceful existence: Islam in terms of behavior, not belief. This category might include internal agents of rebellious nature that might cause unrest, or outside forces that plan to attack one's country; charity money given to them helps in removing their evildoing tendency.
3- The Quranic expression of reconciling hearts is repeated in the Quranic Chapter 8, in a context that mentions war against aggressors, asserting the fact that God reconciled the hearts of the believers. Let us examine the verses in their topical contexts.
3/1: "If you fear treachery on the part of a people, break off with them in a like manner. God does not like the treacherous." (8:58). This means that that the Islamic city-state of Yathreb did not respond to treachery by treachery; rather, it faced directly and honorably any sort of treachery by the enemy looming around its borders, in a way which was transparent and public before everyone to expose the enemy and make it bear the responsibility of such treachery. Adherence to this asserts reliance on God who does not like treachery and punishes the unjust.
3/2: "Let not the disbelievers assume that they are ahead. They will not escape." (8:59). This means that however mighty disbelievers thought themselves to be, they are not so, and hence, their danger and evildoing can be avoided.
3/3: How can believers avoid the disbelievers' danger and evildoing? God tells us how it could be done: "And prepare against them all the power you can muster, and all the cavalry you can mobilize, to terrify thereby God's enemies and your enemies, and others besides them whom you do not know, but God knows them. Whatever you spend in God's way will be repaid to you in full, and you will not be wronged." (8:60). This means that military determent to frighten the foes in advance can peremptorily save both sides bloodshed.
3/4: If such enemy prefers peace, the Islamic city-state certainly tended to peace and would rely on God: "But if they incline towards peace, then incline towards it, and put your trust in God. He is the Hearer, the Knower." (8:61).
3/5: What if the enemy's choice of peace turned out to be sham or a deceitful maneuver? God will undertake the mission to protect the believers; this is God's divine and unchangeable law; and the believers are not to be aggressive unless they are actually attacked first: "…evil scheming overwhelms none but its authors. Do they expect anything but the precedent of the ancients? You will not find any change in God's practice, and you will not find any substitute to God's practice." (35:43). If enemies are using peace to deceive believers, God says to believers: "If they intend to deceive you-God is sufficient for you. It is He who supported you with His aid, and with the believers." (8:62).
3/6: God reconciled the hearts of believers in the Yathreb city-state under the leadership of Muhammad; the prophet could never have done it: "And He united their hearts. Had you spent everything on earth, you would not have reconciled their hearts, but God united them together. He is Mighty and Wise." (8:63). This is the Quranic contexts of the phrase reconciling hearts of faithful believers regarding facing the aggressive assaulting enemies and reconciling the peaceful ones.
Thirdly: all citizens within the concept of the Islamic state are the peaceful ones, regardless of their faiths and creeds:
1- We have repeated several times in several previous articles and books that Islam or overt belief in terms of behavior and demeanor is peaceful and safe existence and dealings with other human beings and that Kufr (polytheism or disbelief) in terms of behavior and demeanor is aggression, attacks, and coercion in religion. Such Kufr in behavior is the essence of the sharia laws of the Muhammadans of all types. Such erroneous sharia laws were first established by Arab conquests committed by the so-called companions of the prophet after his death and completed by the Umayyads. 'Religious' legislations and justifications of such crimes were written down in the Abbasid Era within fabrication of hadiths (oral sayings and traditions) ascribed to Muhammad, like the hadith concerning fighting all non-Muslim humanity to convert them all to Islam!
2- The Islamic city-state of Yathreb at the time of Muhammad is prohibited in the Quran from aggression: "And fight in the cause of God those who fight you, but do not commit aggression; God does not love the aggressors" (2:190). Aggressors here are disbelievers in terms of aggressive behavior, not in terms of creeds. Polytheists' traits in the Quran include breeching treaties: "Towards a believer they respect neither kinship nor treaty. These are the transgressors." (9:10). Peaceful believers, Muslims, are considered thus within their peaceful behavior, not necessarily by creed, and their attackers among assaulting enemies are disbelievers in terms of aggressive demeanor, not creed. In facing such assaulting foes, believers pray to their God for victory: "…You are our Lord and Master, so help us against the disbelieving people." (2:286). Those who begin aggression against the peaceful ones are not Muslims or believers, because God never likes aggressors: "…do not commit aggression; God does not love the aggressors." (2:190). Hence, real Islamic states never commit the crime of aggression; it is peaceful by nature by virtue of Quranic orders. That is why it has the right to invoke God for victory against their aggressors. It achieves victory by applying Islam as per the Quran, leading to peace eventually. Islam is similar to its derivational Arabic root Salam; i.e. peace. For more details, please refer to our research article titled "Islam Is The Religion of Peace", published on our website. That is why God promises to bring victory to those who apply the Quran, the religion of God which is based on peace, justice, and charity: "O you who believe! If you support God, He will support you, and will strengthen your foothold." (47:7).
3- Let us reflect on the topical Quranic contexts of the first divine legislation of military self-defense in Islamic sharia, found ONLY and exclusively in the Quran.
3/1: "God defends those who believe. God does not love any ungrateful traitor." (22:38). Obviously, the second phrase is the reason that explains the first one in this verse. The next verse shows the nature of the disbelieving traitors; they are those who coerced peaceful believers into immigration and leaving their homes and possessions due to persecution, and chased and followed them to attack them in Yathreb. At first, believers in Yathreb did not defend themselves due to the divine command: "Restrain your hands, and perform your prayers, and spend in regular charity" (4:77). Believers at first were in a status that would not allow them to militarily defend themselves and face the aggression of the Qorayish tribe of Mecca, that is why God told them in 4:77 not to prepare armies yet I self-defense endeavors.
3/2: When Yathreb believers were ready psychologically, logistically, and financially to engage into self-defense endeavor, the divine permission came to that effect, with details of this legislations clear in the Quranic text: "Permission is given to those who are fought against, and God is Able to give them victory. Those who were unjustly evicted from their homes, merely for saying, "Our Lord is God." Were it not that God repels people by means of others: monasteries, churches, synagogues, and mosques-where the name of God is mentioned much-would have been demolished. God supports whoever supports Him. God is Strong and Mighty." (22:39-40). Aggressors, deemed disbelievers due to their aggression behavior, committed the following crimes: they forced peaceful believers out of their houses and possessions and then attacked them in their new home in Yathreb with the intention to annihilate them and eradicate the burgeoning religion of Islam. At first, God restrained believers from military self-defense, and then later on, God legislates in the Quran self-defensive wars to achieve a higher value and a greater sharia aim: i.e., complete religious freedom and protection of houses of worship belonging to everyone. God prohibits in the Quran the destruction or demolishing of all houses of worship: all temples, convents, churches, etc. belonging to Christians and Jews, and that is why God grant victory to those who side with religion of God, which is based on peace, justice, religious freedom, and waging wars ONLY in cases of self-defense. God is Omnipotent.
3/3: The Quranic partial topical context begins here with "God defends those who believe. God does not love any ungrateful traitor." (22:38) and ends in ''…God supports whoever supports Him. God is Strong and Mighty.'' (22:40). Hence, the beginning and the end are within the divine defense of the faithful believers and granting them victory. In the middle, we find the legislations of the self-defensive measures in detail to face and deter disbelievers and their aggression, tyranny, oppression, and injustice. Such details include paying tribute and pay money to those we aim to reconcile their hearts toward us.
4- The real Islamic state or country deals with other countries that have different creeds within values of justice, charity, and peace as long as these countries are NOT aggressive toward the peaceful believers, but is allowed to fight aggressors and not to cooperate with them in times of enmity: "As for those who have not fought against you for your religion, nor expelled you from your homes, God does not prohibit you from dealing with them kindly and equitably. God loves the equitable. But God prohibits you from befriending those who fought against you over your religion, and expelled you from your homes, and aided in your expulsion. Whoever takes them for friends-these are the wrongdoers." (60:8-9). The Quranic legislative law here in Islam cooperation in charity and piety, not in aggression and evildoing: "…And cooperate with one another in virtuous conduct and conscience, and do not cooperate with one another in sin and hostility…" (5:2).
Fourthly: in accordance with all of the above, we conclude the following points concerning ISIS and Hamas Movement.
1- ISIS terrorists are a disbelieving, unjust, aggressive group, and this applies to whoever supports them. Those infidels are committing crimes against Islam when they commit their atrocities against peaceful innocent Christians, Jews, and Shiites.
2- Hamas Movement belongs to the same Wahabi creed, just like ISIS, the KSA, and the terrorist MB group, among others. As per Islamic sharia in the Quran, Hamas Movement should never fight Israel until it is ready and have the same, or greater, military power as Israel. The movement should in that case resist Israel if the latter fights peaceful Palestinians in Gaza, like the case of the Qorayish aggression against peaceful people in Yathreb.
3- Peaceful channels would be better for Hamas Movement in order to realize the goal of restoring rights and liberation of Arab lands. This path was followed by Gandhi, Mandela, and Martin Luther King. They were leaders who suffered a lot and adhered to patience and peaceful means in their struggles for rights. Most importantly, they died in poverty. Let us remember that Mandela left rule and confined himself to charity works; those who sought to meet him had to pay for the charitable work for the sake of the poor in South Africa. Such great men, Gandhi, King, and Mandela, died as noble and poor persons, and they knew little about the great Quranic legislations of Islam, but applied them. What about ISIS and Hamas Movement?!
4- It is an illusion to think that the Palestinians had to fight; any terrorist suicide acts or indiscriminate killings or bombings that kill civilians are not resistance. Most victims are among Palestinians, not among the Israelis. The only beneficiaries are billionaires among the Hamas Movement who trade with Palestinian blood. Hamas Movement men should prevent the bloodshed of the Gaza Strip people, not to use them as human shields!
5- This does Not imply that we defend Israeli crimes against the Palestinians and its involvement in bloodshed and its negligence of the Palestinian cause and right of statehood. We aim to prevent shedding of innocent blood in Gaza; we are addressing with these words Hamas Movement that claim to believe in the Quran.
6- ISIS murder and mass-kill the innocent unarmed people and force the peaceful ones out of their homelands, houses, and possessions. ISIS goes on murdering and killing innocent peaceful people, exceeding all boundaries and limits of injustice, aggression, and tyranny, in comparison to the Qorayish tribe. ISIS commits its massacres and crimes shouting ''Allahu Akbar!'' (God is the Greatest!), and its terrorists claim that they apply Islam! In fact, they insult and tarnish Islam and killing peaceful people including Muslims.
7- Hamas Movement use Palestinian children and women and houses in Gaza as shields in order to achieve certain political and financial gains. The number of those killed increases with the passage of time; yet, Hamas Movement exposes the Gaza people to death and their houses to destruction, while shouting "Allahu Akbar!" (God is the Greatest!), and its terrorists claim that they apply Islam! In fact, they insult and tarnish Islam and killing peaceful people including Muslims.
8- ISIS and Hamas Movement spread the culture of death among those around them in order to thrive, make wealth, and maintain power, even if the price is forming pyramids of skulls and human severed parts and remains of the innocent victims killed!
Lastly:
Devils like very much in most cases to be disguised using religious garbs, turbans, and moustache-less beards!
Chapter Three: Al-Qaradawi Is the Spiritual Imam of ISIS Members
Firstly: The ISIS members:
1- We find in the YouTube website the images and videos of ISIS members walking in the Iraqi city of Al-Mosul brandishing his machine-gun, thick and long beard, and Middle-Ages dress. If it had not been for the modern arms, we might have imagined them dropping out of a book on Middle-Ages history; they are similar in dress like the Qarmatians and Al-Khawarij groups. Those ISIS members in their appearance and dress code assert the ability of the earthly man-made creed, when dominant and prevalent, to change people's nature and to revive the corrupt rotten past freaks from their tombs, resuscitating them to spread destruction and wreak havoc in the regions, and to commit crimes, atrocities, and massacres while shouting ''Allahu Akbar!'' (God is the Greatest!).
2- The ISIS members, though deemed murderers, are simultaneously victims! Let us remember that they have been innocent babies with pure natures, laughing and crying and people around them feel like offering them tender loving care. This is the beginning of every baby born into this life, and the birth of ISIS members as people is no exception. All babies are the same, regardless of races, colors, genders, and cultures anytime and everywhere. The difference occurs when babies grow up into childhood and adulthood, exposed to all social factors leading to discrimination and negative differences. Growing into adulthood, youths acquire the culture of their respective societies; they become American, European, Asian, or African youths. If unfortunate enough, they might be Arabs and Muhammadans; i.e., controlled by the worst type of all earthly, man-made, fabricated creeds: Wahabism. Most youths of the West live the present and breathe the future, whereas the Salafist Wahabi Arab youths live the present and breathe the Salafist ancient past, and try hard to impose such a past on their present times. They mostly live in societies controlled by dominant tranny and corruption, where a small-numbered filthily-rich elite group control all power, authority, and wealth of a given nation, and such elite deals with the rest, i.e., the vast majority, with the logic and manner of tyranny and enslavement. Such elite fear the fury and rebellion of youth; that is why this elite distract youths of their nations with man-made creeds, especially Wahabism, to make them find in it an alternative way to vent their frustrations and ire as well as their aborted dreams and latent envy. Some frustrated youths turn into ruthless assassins, killers, and murderers who mercilessly shed the blood of innocent people, thinking that their massacres and heinous crimes are 'religious' duties, rewarded by Paradise and houris opening their arms and legs to them, waiting for them in the Afterlife upon their death as suicide bombers!
Secondly: Al-Qaradawi the imam of the ISIS members:
1- Despite the fact that the only divine source of Islam, the Quran as per the thought and theory of Quranists worldwide, contradicts all of the above, with its call for mercy, charity, justice, religious freedom, liberties, equality, tolerance, good deeds and dealings with POWs, the care for the right to live for every single human being, among other human rights, and legislating wars ONLY in cases of self-defense, as well as its severe punishments for killings of peaceful non-violent non-aggressive people.
2- Intentional distortion and misinterpretations of the Quran, i.e. Islam, are part of deluding, misleading, and misguiding youths by ISIS and similar terrorist organizations, whose only root are the criminal imams and theologians of the Wahabi creed (synonymous with Salafism), and on top of the list of all theologians/imams of Wahabism comes Sheikh Al-Qaradawi, the top imam of ISIS members and all Wahabis and terrorists.
3- ISIS members are youths who commit murders and massacres with vehemence and zeal. The number of ISIS victims increases with the passage of time. Yet, ISIS members are victims at the same time; they are victims of Al-Qaradawi and countless theologians like him among imams of Wahabism. Such imams are the most savage bloodthirsty of all Muhammadans. They are the real enemies of God, of Islam, of all moralistic values, and all humanity at large. No Wahabi imam might imagine his son as an ISIS member or a suicide bomber (i.e. Wahabi jihadist). All dreams of Wahabi imams are confined to just one thing: to fill his safes and coffers with money via misleading and misguiding innocent youths to drive them to murder and kill innocent people. Such sheikhs and imams are now being revered, worshipped, and sanctified; people vie to show their due respects to them by kissing their feet and hands and to donate money for them. The Wahabi imams are among the types of people who intentionally hide and ignore the Quranic facts: "Those who conceal what God revealed in the Book, and exchange it for a small price-those swallow nothing but fire into their bellies. And God will not speak to them on the Day of Resurrection, nor will He purify them, and they will have a painful punishment. It is they who exchange guidance for error, and forgiveness for punishment. But why do they insist on the Fire?" (2:174-175).
4- Because of the limitless and boundless crimes of the clergymen and theologians of the man-made, earthly, fabricated creeds, Europe revolted log ago against the Church. Karl Marx had written the famous phrase:Religion is the opium of the masses. For Quranists, this phrase refers to the man-made, earthly, fabricated creeds, because the real divine celestial religion has no effect on most people on the planet. Historically, another famous phrase is as follows: Man will never be free until the last king is strangled with the entrails of the last priest. Europeans never forget the atrocities committed by the Catholic Church in the Middle-Ages. They revolted against mingling creeds with politics. They confined religions to houses of worship; churches confined their social activities to charity works. Europe achieved progress and scientific advances via secularism and led the rest of humanity at one time. Egypt was about to catch up with this European train of European progress in the 19th century, but unfortunately, all endeavors in Egypt for secularism have been aborted by the emergence of Wahabism, coming from Arabia, which still dominates Egypt. Conversion of most Egyptians, unwittingly, to Wahabism as if it were 'authentic' and 'ancient', and hence fundamental or 'original', form of Islam has been done firstly by the efforts of the terrorist MB group, formed in Egypt in 1928 with KSA aid, and other similar Wahabi and Salafist groups, societies, and organizations that mushroomed in Egypt, and the Arab world later on, like cancerous cells. Hence, most of the Muhammadans are now Wahabis. Wahabi imams and theologians have become worshiped, honored, dignified, revered venerable clergymen, especially the Egyptian ones: Al-Shaarawi, Al-Ghazali, and lastly Al-Qaradawi.
Thirdly: Two types of religious preachers:
1- Arab people tend to listen attentively to preachers who call for religion. Preachers and callers are currently divided into two types. The first type, ignored by most Arabs and Muhammadans, is the Quranists, who call for the return to true Islam, the Quran alone, the true and ONLY legacy left to us by Muhammad, whom God told him to preach it all his lifetime: "So do not obey the disbelievers, but strive against them with it, a mighty struggle." (25:52). The pronoun ''it'' in this verse refers to the Quran. Muhammad in his prophethood or ministry used nothing but the Quran to preach, warn, bring glad tidings, proselytize, and call for the path of the One God: "And warn with it those who fear to be gathered before their Lord-they have no protector or intercessor apart from him-perhaps they will grow in piety." (6:51). "We are fully aware of what they say, and you are not a dictator over them. So remind by the Quran whoever fears My warning." (50:45). "A Scripture was revealed to you, so let there be no anxiety in your heart because of it. You are to warn with it-and a reminder for the believers. Follow what is revealed to you from your Lord, and do not follow other masters beside Him. Little you recollect." (7:2-3). Such true preachers, the Quranists, who call for the path of truth never ask reward from people; they give their souls and lifetime to God alone.
2- In contrast, the second type of preachers is among the Muhammadans (Sunnites, Shiites, Wahabis, Salafis, Sufis, etc.) and their man-made creeds; they are preachers who are so popular among Arabs, despite their wrong erroneous notions spread and dominant all over the Arab world and are being listened to, whole-heartedly and attentively, by most people. God says in the Quran about such devilish preachers everywhere and every time: "Among the people is he whose speech about the worldly life impresses you, and he calls God to witness what is in his heart, while he is the most hostile of adversaries. When he gains power, he strives to spread corruption on earth, destroying properties and lives. God does not like corruption. And when he is told, "Beware of God," his pride leads him to more sin. Hell is enough for him-a dreadful abode." (2:204-206). This applies to Wahabi preachers in particular. If one tries to face Al-Qaradawi by saying to him 'Beware of God in what you are doing to people!', he will get mad at the speaker and will go on sinning; his mission remains to be corrupting on earth by his call, teachings, and preaching that turn innocent youths into ISIS members.
3- In contrast to Al-Qaradawi and the rest of Wahabi preachers, there are Quranist preachers giving and dedicating their souls in service of God, seeking only to gratify Him to gain His reward in Paradise, hoping in the Afterlife to find this verse applying to them: "And among the people is he who sells himself seeking God's approval. God is kind towards the servants." (2:207).
4- The difference between the Quranists and the Wahabis/Salafis is the formers' call for peace: "O you who believe! Enter into peace, wholeheartedly, and do not follow the footsteps of Satan; he is to you an outright enemy." (2:208). This is a divine command to us to live in peace during all our lifetime. It is forbidden in the Quran to act aggressively by attacking and assaulting others; what is permissible only is self-defense when attacked, and God never likes aggressors: see 2:190. This is true Islam, the religion of peace preached and adhered to by Quranists who call for peace, justice, and charity. True preachers who are true to the Lord Our God call for peace, whereas preachers of the devils and misguidance call for bloodshed, like Al-Qaradawi the real imam of ISIS and its horrible era!
Fourthly: There is no room for 'moderation' or the 'happy medium' in the field of preaching: those who hide the truth are cursed:
1- There is no room for fluctuating and seeking piece-meal solutions and in-between paths in the field of preaching; there are extremist preachers who call for the devilish path of violence and bloodshed and seek to spread lies and falsehoods called hadiths and theology, and in contrast, there are those who preach the Quranic Truth facts, the Quranists, who are outspoken and vociferous in the cyberspace as far as true Islam is concerned, citing evidence from the Quran to prove the devilish preachers wrong and how they are the real enemies of God and Islam. In between both types, there are those preachers who are wavering, varying, changing colors like chameleons, vacillating, and fluctuating; they are silent as far as the Quranic Truth is concerned, but they do not spread falsehoods and lies like Wahabis/Salafists. This in-between type of preachers is cursed as well; they are NOT elucidating, showing, or explaining the divine message of the Quran to people. Quranic facts are clear enough to those who really endeavor to contemplate and reflect upon them once they read the Quranic verses; those who are reluctant to read them and show their true meaning and interpretations linked to modern life now deserve to be cursed by God due to their reluctance to face falsehoods with Quranic Truth facts. In the field of religious preaching, no middle in-between positions or stances are allowed at all; one has to choose what is deemed to be the right thing for them to do and say. Hiding Quranic facts and never referring to them while preaching are crimes against God, and their perpetrators deserve to be cursed. "Those who suppress the proofs and the guidance We have revealed, after We have clarified them to humanity in the Scripture-those-God curses them, and the cursers curse them." (2:159). Such people have the chance during their lifetime to repent and show and announce clearly and lucidly the Quranic Truth, without fearing blame by others; this is the only manner to make amends and repent: "Except those who repent, and reform, and proclaim. Those-I will accept their repentance. I am the Acceptor of Repentance, the Merciful." (2:160).
2- As for those who are still remaining silent and keep their intentional ignoring of announcing the true stance of Islam and its Quranic facts until they die, God says about them the following: "But as for those who reject faith, and die rejecting-those-upon them is the curse of God, and of the angels, and of all humanity. They will remain under it forever, and the torment will not be lightened for them, and they will not be reprieved." (2:161-162).
Fifthly: The stance of Al-Qaradawi:
1- While we are writing these lines, Al-Qaradawi is still alive at this moment; he is born in September 1926. He has spent about 60 years of his lifetime preaching the Satanic falsehoods leading to corruption, tyranny, bloodshed, massacres, and destruction. He still has the chance to repent as long as he lives, if he chose to repent indeed. He is still going on preaching. If someone addresses him by admonishing him to fear God and beware of His wrath, as he is an octogenarian about to turn into a nonagenarian, yet he insists on spreading and propagating lies and falsehoods instead of repenting before his imminent death. His reluctance to reveal and talk about the Quranic Truth and the ever-increasing number of millions of people deceived by him and the thousands of victims who have become terrorists because of him are scandalous! His ill-gotten money from Wahabism agents will be of no use of him in the moment of dying; he should stop supporting tyranny and corruption and calling for more bloodshed. Clergymen of Christian denominations dedicating their lives to charity acts, even toward hungry Arabs and Muhamadans, should be his ideals to follow. Why his conscience is not awakened or pricked by the scenes of massacred innocent women, men and children?! His preaching justifies and endorses all this bloodshed as sacred duty! Until when his sins will go on without repentance?! Until when will he remain an ISIS imam of terror?! If Al-Qaradawi hears these phrases in public, would he shed tears and repent, declaring in public his being wrong and announcing his atonement for his sins? Or would he deny his guilt, claiming that his conscience is clear?! What would be his stance and reaction?!
2- It is miraculous predictions to find the following verses in the Quran: "Among the people is he whose speech about the worldly life impresses you, and he calls God to witness what is in his heart, while he is the most hostile of adversaries. When he gains power, he strives to spread corruption on earth, destroying properties and lives. God does not like corruption. And when he is told, "Beware of God," his pride leads him to more sin. Hell is enough for him-a dreadful abode. And among the people is he who sells himself seeking God's approval. God is kind towards the servants." (2:204-207). The phrase ''among people'' indicates that as long as there are societies, until Doomsday, there will be on earth those who breach falsehoods ascribed falsely to God's religion leading to bloodshed, corruption, and destruction, and there will be, in contrast, those who preach for peace and divine Truth seeking to please God. In every human society, there are the likes of Al-Qaradawi!
3- In the Day of Resurrection, preachers of Truth will be witnesses who testify against preachers of falsehoods; God says in the Quran about the latter: "Who does greater wrong than he who fabricates lies about God? These will be presented before their Lord, and the witnesses will say, "These are they who lied about their Lord." Indeed, the curse of God is upon the wrongdoers. Those who hinder others from the path of God, and seek to make it crooked; and regarding the Hereafter, they are in denial. These will not escape on earth, and they have no protectors besides God. The punishment will be doubled for them. They have failed to hear, and they have failed to see. Those are the ones who lost their souls, and what they had invented has strayed away from them. Without a doubt, in the Hereafter, they will be the biggest losers." (11:18-22).
Lastly:
1- We say to Al-Qaradawi that the remainder of his lifetime is not much, and his death moment draws nearer; he should repent before it is too late. "Have they not observed the government of the heavens and the earth, and all the things that God created, and that their time may have drawn near? Which message, besides this, will they believe in?" (7:185).
2- God says nothing but the Truth.
