Our beloved Egypt has changed. It is our job to make sure the country moves in the right direction. It is time for you to play an active role in shaping our country and ensure the gains of our great revolution materialize. You can make a difference even if you are not physically there.

Many of you know that the Egyptian Association for Change (EAC) has been working hard over the past year to promote democracy in Egypt.

Some of you may have even seen the Newsweek (http://www.newsweek.com/2011/02/13/the-facebook-freedom-fighter.html) article that explains the role Wael Ghomin, along with a small group of tech-savvy individuals including myself,  played in the revolution.

The real credit, however, goes to the millions that took to the streets in Egypt and across the world. Whether you participated by calling the State Department or attending a rally, your support was crucial in keeping international attention on Egypt. No one person or organization can claim this revolution. We each had a role to play.

From day one, our priorities have always been to promote a peaceful and democratic Egypt ">Today we ask that you continue supporting Egypt by helping build the foundations for a civic, democratic and free Egypt. Your support to the Egyptian Association for Change would fund wonderful programs that promote a new reality. A reality where Egypt fulfill its vow to all its citizens.
