news has again shown that the current Egyptian administration has no intention
to fulfill its promise to give us a mechanism to vote. In accordance with the
International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, we demand a remedy to the
infringement of the constitutionally protected right of over six million
Egyptians living abroad.
