http://ireport.cnn.com/docs/DOC-534762 I attached my speech on Aljazeera TV channel on December 27, 2010, also Video on CNN International report, regarding my brother Colonel Dr. Mohamed ELghanam, the former director of the legal research in the Egyptian minstry of interior. He is an international expert in anti-terrorism and Professor in Criminal law in the Academy of Police and many law schools in Egypt. Also most of the recent Egyptian legislation and law was taken from his books and references. He obtained his PhD in criminal law from Rome University in Italy by excellent degree. He went to Switzerland under political asylum, but there he was arrested after he refused to cancel his complaint against the Swiss intelligence regarding the violations the Swiss committed against him while trying to force him to spy on the Arabic and Islamic community in Geneva.

N.B, The attorneys, Red cross, his family & Human rights NGOs, have failed to see my brother. Besides visits, there is the matter of phone calls. My brother contacted me almost every day before his arrest, and he said that they were going to arrest him again, and he will call me to tell me what I suppose to do, But he did not, and this is completely out of character. Prior to this arrest, he was jailed twice, in 2005 and 2006, and held each time for a few months, as long as they could hold him without actual charges. Each time he called me as soon as he was allowed (after approx. one month), and he asked me to notify Amnesty International and other NGO's to ask for help. But this time, when we finally prevailed on the Red Cross to visit him, they failed twice to meet him, as well as the Swiss League of Human Rights. They all get the same story.

In 2005, the family was able to meet him normally, by appointment in regular visiting hours, in a group setting. But in 2008, the jail set an early morning time, the family found themselves alone, and were told he didn't respond .

Therefor, I believe that the Swiss committed some crimes against him from the first day of arrest on March 12, 2007, so he became under hallosination drugs, or injected by some drugs that desrtoyed his mind or made him suspecious in every one, or may be exposed to sexual assault, and also threatened of more or worse if he called anyone. The Swiss, as you see, try to say he is imagining and no one tried to recruit him, they try to protect their intelligence by any way since no country support him. I beleive the Swiss are hiding him so he can't complain to anyone, and they treat him as Guantanamo, complete isolation until terminate him.
